I had a mold issue under my vehicle carpet because of an ongoing leak I wasn't aware of. I brought it to H2O and they completely lifted the interior, replaced the undercarpet padding, and did a full mold remediation and detailing and reassembled the interior, ozone treatment, etc. It took a little over a week because they had to order the padding new. I could not believe how clean everything was when I got it back. It smelled great and they showed me photos before and after. The price was very reasonable, actually way lower than I would have thought for how much work they put in. They even included setting up a rental car and covering the cost. I will definitely be back for other services in the future. Thank you for everything.

All the guys there super professional super knowledgeable customer service is out of this world I would recommend H2O Auto spa to anyone that wants to have their vehicle looking nice clean window tint film doesn't matter these guys are great no better out there. I had my windows done with the ceramic tent took my truck back to get the windshield done super impressed

I have a Toyota Avalon that I had elected to get full ceramic coat all around and PPF on the front of the vehicle. Had a very good experience with the place and staff. Had help going thru all the available options with Ms. Julie. Super sweet and professional. Mr. Kane, the PPF technician, does phenomenal work and communicated with me throughout the whole process, also offering me further ceramic and PPF care suggestions and advice. As far as the product, ceramic coat and film, it’s worth every penny.

This is our second vehicle we bring in here. We brought in our Wagoneer Carbide and got Lifetime Ceramic Coating full badge delete on doors hood and lift gate and PPF on the front clip (full hood bumper fenders and side mirrors). Although there were some issues with the timeline on getting the job done this place was EXTREMELY kind and courteous on letting us know what was happening and what they were doing to fix what was going on. Also something to mention is they gave us a rental for entire time they were working on the Wagoneer. These guys deserve a better review status and to not be held accountable for what the old management has done to its customers. This is new management and you will not be disappointed dealing with H20!!!

I’ve been coming here for the past 2 years and there’s no other place I’d trust with my car. They have the touch less car wash system, while being located in a very convenient spot. I’ve been pretty much satisfied with the results . Would highly recommend to others to get their car washed here!!!!

This was my first time using this location and im actually impressed with the outcome. I travel a lot for work and i have a new car, so the idea of having a quick wash without the chance of getting scratches is a MAJOR PLUS!!! The touchless is definitely something that I’d recommend to friends, looking forward to the next wash 😃😃😃

My newly bought 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 got a radiance cleaning. It’s a wonderful truck, but my truck needed a cleaning and polishing to enhance the look. It had pet hair and an odor. It needed a shine. The transformation was amazing. Now, it has an amazing scent, no pet hair, and it looks brand new. I recommend you trust H2O with your amazing ride. They will take care it, and the staff is wonderful. Thank you H2O for an amazing job!

Update: August 19, 2025 I have had another vehicle ceramic coated, window tinting done by H2O Auto Spa. There must be a reason why else would I entrust my new toy with them. It’s because they do great work at a fair price and they stand behind their work and products. If you’re looking for a place to make your ride shine take it H2O. Thank you for the excellent work once again. Update I have had another vehicle tinted at H2O. This makes three of my vehicles that have been serviced here. I also recently had my vehicles detailed there as well. Know what? I am still getting the same excellent treatment from H2O. The work was perfromed professionally. My vehicle looked great. Thank you Trevelle, Payton, Julie, and staff. This is the second vehicle I have had ceramic coated at H2O. As with the first their professionalism and customer service were first class. Julie is a pleasure to work with she is very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They brought my car out to return it and found a problem with coating they had not seen in the shop. They did not wait for me to find it they brought it to my attention and brought it back in the shop and fixed the problem before I left. Great customer service. If you need your vehicle ceramic coated, windows tinted, or detailed this is the place you want to come to.

For $20 bucks the touchless machine is magical. I base my opinion on the multiple applications starting from the rinse to the wax job, which holds for a fairly long time and repels dust and dirt really well. It would be nice if there was also tire shine as part of the process. I also appreciated the prewash station for tires, grill, and other areas of the car, which ensures a thorough wash and shine. There is also a vacuum station, with microfiber towels for a final drying of the vehicle. This is a great option for a good wash and shine, for those who wish to save time and get a good wash at the same time.

I’m a two-time customer at H2O Auto Spa, and both experiences have been nothing short of excellent. Each time I went for tint. I first visited when the previous front-of-house manager was still in place and recently returned under the new manager — in both cases, the service and quality of work fully met my expectations and matched what was described. The back-of-house guru, Peyton, deserves special recognition. He’s friendly, professional, and clearly an expert in his craft. He takes the time to explain the process and ensures customers understand their options before any work begins and during if anything arises, which I really appreciate. While the prices might be on the higher side, I personally feel the quality and attention to detail make it worth it. I left satisfied each time and will definitely continue to bring my vehicle back to H2O Auto Spa.
